The appointee will assist the faculty member in conducting research in healthcare operations management. Responsibilities of the position include conducting literature reviews, developing models and methodologies, doing derivations and proof, data cleaning and analysis, and writing research reports and academic papers.

1. Applicants should have a bachelor's or master's degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, economics, or related fields. 2. HKUST graduates are welcome to apply.
3. Relevant operations research or operations management background with strong optimization techniques and programming skills are preferred.
4. The candidate should be competent in both written and spoken English.
5. The applicants are also expected to perform ad-hoc request from PI.   

Duration: 3-6 months, renewable
