#41
1. D. 排除A,an example of some对,后面indicates单数不对应mummies,错我,且broken sentence不正确;B,主语错无,C,broken sentence, 错误;E, is, indicates错误。
2. C. 排除A,指代错误,employers as people, B, did指called back,语义错误,比较的是called back is difficult. E,同B
3. C. 排除A,比较级错误,B,as well as错误,A as well as B的逻辑重心在A上,这里逻辑重心一致,D,比较不明确,E,compare 不能代表多少,
4. C. 解释:主语fungus A, which引导谓语从句对A做解释,invades修饰A,第三人称单数正确,后面的forming-leading指invades的直接结果,起修饰作用,正确。
AC之间,C的had been a daughter错误,过去完成指过去发生事情对后面的影响,being的daughter不是影响,错误用法,排除。
6. B. is formed正确,排除D,E,from and and when错误,排除A,C
7. B. A uses STH to do sth.
8. C. 语义重心,recent figures and 60k more than previous wk
9. D. had 和had平行,,过去完成时态平行,that和that平行

1. C/D
ABE:indicates

D:did send动词强调,可以但是没必要,those 不如people直接给出来更清晰

3. C
I love my daughter than my wife。
E:those无指代

5. A/C
E: thereby
and连接两个qualities, 如果是一个quality的正反两面,不能加and.  she was intelligent, not stupid. (聪明和愚蠢说的是一件事,不能加and)✅ she was intelligent and not lazy 对勾(因为intelligent 和lazy是两件事)

6. B
A:from语义不正确
7. B
8. E
ABD:6000 more than...

A:不平行

2.

B.as使用错误,比较级more应该与than搭配。

D.those指代不明,错误。

3.

E.those of多余,veins(静脉)和arteries(动脉)已经是可比对象。

4.
leads...
and leading...
E.正确的句子结构:a fungus invades...,forming....and lowering....,leading."forming....and lowering...."

5.
答案:A

D.表目的时,用to do...要优于for doing...。projects of construction and maintenance表达不简洁。

8.
