有点矛盾的一个点，求解答

有一个知识点是  to是用来修饰主语的，
这个知识点记得比较牢因为有一道题做错了

因为to是修饰主语的，所以这里的to conclude是去修饰recent studies，
但是recent studies能去conclude一个结论吗，不应该是doctors去conclude一个结论吗？
所以我就选了个比较丑的E

求解答
感觉有一些矛盾，不知道怎么说服自己

你其实是没有理解句子的意思当然for doing 和to do优选  to do

因为主语能不能发出to这个动作错了好几次，有点神经质，看到to就要去对应能不能被主语发出，结果就错了
下个礼拜考试，不搞懂这个点有点慌张啊
