Darden/McCombs$/全职工作机会

正在比较下面三个选择：
（1）Darden 无奖；
（2）McCombs 30K;
（3）公司外派到US，package税前100K；

如果是大家，会从什么角度考虑取舍？感谢分享！

My two cents:
1. If Darden or Mc is your dream school, then go for it. It's highly likely you'll land a job with package>$100k after graduation.
2. If take the job in line with your career goal, then take it. MBA degree serves your career, not the opposite.
3. If not 2, and you aim for a better school, take the job but do it wisely. You need some stuff from the job to build a stronger application package.
You are also supposed to consider age. 35+ is not a ideal age for MBA degree. You don't want to compete with young fellows who are in their early career stage.

The whole package includes three parts. 1. signing bonus 2. salary 3. bonus. 4.other welfare, e.g., Deloitte will pay for 2rd-year tuition if students get the return offer after the summer internship. Only MBB and ATK will pay you more than 15k/year. The salary of big four and other consulting firms may be lower than that.
