这个说得有道理！如果用and就变成是a broad area带来干燥气候；而用which指代的是距离最近的名词，即high pressure带来干燥气候。感谢！！

其实这道题目的重点并不在while 或者as上面，而是一个A of B, which的结构。一般来说，一句话中出现A of B结构，句子的主语是A，而A of B, which的结构，which指代B。
把这个道理带入上面的题目，带来干燥气候的应该是高压，所以E的表达更加符合逻辑。而如果选择A，句子的意思就会变成a broad area 带来干燥气候，明显不符合逻辑。

求问为什么这里b不对， 除了usher in.. into以外，又解释说不parallel， 还有说不是仅仅 a area of high pressure不能bring fair and dry。。。 这两个原因都不能解释啊我觉得， 难道真的就没有idioms以外的错误了吗
