First of all, congratulations on your amazing GMAT! 760!!!

That will help a lot.


You may not have management experience, but your working experience seems pretty good.

Your GPA is good but not great, and there are also higher ranked schools. But I do think you can give a shot at S16 schools thanks to your GMAT and your work experience (although M7 schools might be a bit tough).

the important things to do now, will be
1: For you to have  a great STORY. Where do you come from? Where are you going to? What is unique about you? And what are you passionate about?
2: For you to have crystal clear goals. They should make sense in conjunction with your career experience as well.
3: To apply to a range of schools from hard to easy. This will help you make a balanced strategy and come up with the best possible results.

PG出来的同学哈佛怎么样都要试一试的。

至于职业转换，只要理由说的过去sounds reasonable就没什么问题了
新东方这种大型上市民企其实各方面也算比较规范了，跟外企比也没什么差的
