先放题目 这个应该是固定的 不知道别的专业是不是一样的
To better prepare for your final video response, you will be asked to prepare a 1 minute response to the following question:
Tell us about what makes you a unique candidate for this program and for the Smith School of Business community? What qualities, skills or talents will you bring to the student body that will enable you to stand out among your classmates and ultimately achieve success as an engaged Smith School graduate?
有一分钟准备时间，一分钟录制时间，一分钟大概能说120字吧，楼主讲话比较慢仅供参考。关于这个问题具体从什么方面回答就见仁见智了，感觉说的真实最重要，听说UMD的interview并不会起决定作用，希望我卡壳的一个词不会有什么不好的影响嘤嘤嘤……
————————————————关于Kira——————————————————————
这个platform应该是从去年兴起的吧 wustl好像是第一个吃螃蟹的？具体我也不清楚，今天录完video把一些使用方法写下来给大家参考，避免走弯路。
在application system里面video response点进去就有一个网址，打开以后就是Kira talent这个神奇的网站了。第一步它会先检测浏览器，楼主用的IE，不知道其他浏览器会怎样。然后是检测网速和摄像头麦克风，一定要在网速快的地方啊。听说会有人检测不到麦克风？反正多试几次就行。准备工作完成就可以practice了，有三个问题，每个问题准备时间大概在一分钟或者45秒，说一分钟或者一分半吧，我的practice搞得很水啊不知道有没有影响，求老司机解答。
practice完了就可以开始正式interview了，有一个帅哥（？）thank you for your interest并重复一遍问题就可以回答了。然后就OK了，Kira会让你评价我们的服务……
特别说明一下手机APP，Kira最下面写着一句话：Download Kira Interview for iOS or Android and use access code xxxx to take your interview. If you're using an iPad, search under "iPhone-only" apps.
我觉得说的很明白了，然而楼主的充电五分钟通话两小时OPPO R9并没有这个app……
但我用iPad下载了Kira，叫做Kira interview（Kira talent Inc.），一打开就是输入email地址和code，这个邮箱地址应该得是你注册application的吧，code应该也只能从电脑上打开才能看到。PC和app各有各的好处，个人建议先用电脑，如果出bug再换手机。
正事说完，最后我必须吐槽一下Kira，好渣的画质，宝宝洗了脸化了妆都如此的不忍直视，感觉要在一个白光底下效果会更好，然并卵，家里的灯都是黄黄的……

啊咧？UMD的kira不是只有一题吗？怎么会有三题呀？
