OG16 21 无法解释的正确句子

各位大牛，现在我可以理解and平行的是 form follows function 和 incorporate readily available materials fashioned using traditional skills这两个句子，但是请问后半句 incorporate readily available materials fashioned using traditional skills的语法结构是什么样子的呢？using traditional skill是形容fashioned吗？没有逗号也可以修饰前面的fashioned吗？ 还是我整个句子的理解都是错误的。。。

对的，我也是这么理解的，但是没有逗号的现在分词形式不是只能做形容词吗？修饰fashioned是不是算语法上有错误了呢？
