My father-in-law came to U.S. studying for his Ph.D. when he was 38. He left my wife and my mother-in-law in China during the program but got them to live in U.S. after he found a job upon completion of his dotoral degree. He is now a tenured professor at an univerisity. I got my own Ph.D. when I was 26 but I am applying for a MBA this year, at the age of 36. My advice: don't stop learning in your life. Life is a process not a destination, because the destination for life is "death". If you are not brave enough to pursue of your dream, your life will be a plain sheet of paper. |
