3. Nowadays, food has become easier to prepare. Has this change improved the way people live? Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer.

With the development of technology, food preparing has become more and more easy. There is a public discussion on the relationship of human living and the food preparing improvement .because of the high pressure of life nowadays,some people believe that preparing food play an important part in our daily lives, all the family members can keep in touch with each other easily during the time when preparing food. It also comes to a kind of release. They also point out that as a result of rapid develop of food preparing, fast food come into our lives which directly cause the number of people who is getting fatter has more than double ,as against 10 years ago. But no one can deny the fact that we can save quantity time from the preparing food. I still believe this change improved the way people live.

For one thing ,as an old saying goes :时间就是金钱。
                        Time-saving plays an requisite role in our lives. food preparing come to easily and quickly save large quantity of time from our work ,we can spend them on the interest things we enjoying in. An very general story can be told that my friend lily, who had spend at least 1 hour on preparing food once ago, nowadays ,she just need to spend half an hour on it ,and enjoy herself with her favor gardening work in the half an hour which she save from the food preparing.

An other reason can be seen from the people is that with the difficulty reduce of preparing food ,we can try a variety of different food we have seen from the TV. in the past we have to waste at least an hour to preparing spice, but today , we can just use the ready-made，in this way, it is easy for us to use all kind of spice to make all the food we interest in.

The most signification factor that account for to this develop is that people can get healthier than before .the microwave oven make us eat heat food only waste a minute ;the refrigerator keep the food fresh., etc. all the shows that the development of food preparing have benefit on us.

From what has been discussed above, we may reasonably reach the conclusion that food preparing easier make our lives more satisfied.
