[求助]关于背景调查

请问学校的背景调查一般怎么做的阿？

How are the background investigations conducted by bschools? through HR department? I am afraid that it will have some bad impact on me if my employer know that Ｉwill leave in a few months. After all, I can not assure that I will get visa smoothly.
