录了3遍才成功，我都为自己的智商捉急。。但是千万记得转格式的时候要转成他们认可的格式啊，比如MP4，我第一次就卡在这里。还有就是手机录制的时候上下颠倒用编辑软件颠倒一下就好了，我用的狸窝flv转换，很简单好用，合并也靠它。不过都这会儿了不知道还有没有小伙伴要面试的，因为录了3 次所以有9道题，还是放上来吧。1.Describe a time in your job when you have taken initiative. What was the outcome? (60 seconds)
