本人背景比较弱，本来打算申请12年的，不过想今年碰碰运气～，不知道有没有哪个top20的
学校可能会招我这样的人？

BS: Chem, GPA3.3, overseas institute
MS: Chem, GPA3.6, big ten land grant U.
MS: Maths, GPA3.8 (forecast), big ten land grant U.

relevant courses:
Calc and Linear Algebra: multiple courses during undergrad, average B+;
Real Analysis: B;
Theory of PDE: ongoing, A or A- expected;
Stochastic Processes: ongoing, A or A- expected;
Theory of Statistics: ongoing, A or A- expected;
Time Series Analysis: will take next spring;
Asset Pricing: audit, no grade.
PhD 1st year Micro Series and Macro Series, mostly A's with some A-;

research:
no quantitative research experience, will try to start a project with the finance prof. that I am auditing class under this semester,

one class professor
may switch to the finance Prof. if project goes well with him, on time.

你反正也是一试，就全申呗，申完后distribution图一画，那个概率分布图就是你来年最好的参考
