oxford/cambridge/insead 求重新评估

新考了gmat   760+IR5+awa 5  
北美50名左右学校 理科phd  现在在美国一家500强边缘的公司做R&D  现在1.5y工作经验  到入学2年多一点WE
本科985 211  gpa 3.5左右

这种情况今年  这3个可以申请1月那轮吗  
还是多等一年工作经验

工作经验少（不知道博士算不算工作经验）
另外找中介有帮助吗

想先替AO问问LZ，都已经Ph.D了，why MBA？

话说，LZ的GPA, G分都不是很高，工作年限短，没有太多体现leadership的项目，对于牛剑来说，可能会费劲些

内心里的想法是不想再做RD了 所以想换个职业方向
不过和AO怎么解释还要再酝酿一下

我这种情况看来还是要先把gmat刷高了。。。

嗯，尽量刷到740+，这样GPA的分数能弥补不少

Hey,
So as a PHD Person, my first question as an AdCom member would be : Why again? why now? Keep in mind especially that for INSEAD your WE is very very low (the average is almost 6 years). So yeah, INSEAD is great. A 700 is enough. But honestly, work another 2 years before trying.

Again, if you have very good reasons for doing an MBA now, sure why not?! But they have to be good reasons!!

in terms of Cambridge, you also need to have more working experiences.
1.5 year is really below the criteria which is 3 years.

great, i will try now. i have a master degree about engineering, and i have almost 8years experinces in administration and human resource. frist i should prepare the GMAT exam. insead is fit me i think.
