刚刚决定要读MBA，预计2015年入学，没有经验，求高人指点，多谢多谢

工作经验：500强外企快销，12级市场&销售管培，14年管培项目结束后会升职

毕业学校：对外经贸

GPA：GPA不到3，但是成绩单上的加权平均分是80……

其他：1、G没考过，T已过期……
           2、海外背景基本没有，大学的时候在UC Irvine交流过1个月

已经定了去美国了，大概能去怎样的学校？
工作之余准备参加一些NGO的项目，会对申请有帮助吗？

GT很大程度能决定你的学校选择，先考呗。但GPA稍微有点弱，在坛子上看说TOP10还是比较在乎GPA的，这个可能需要关注一下。

知名快消公司基本上每年都有人去到HSW这个level的学校，所以这个平台足够了，得看每个人的具体情况

lz还没有G/T的成绩，可以先看你的why mba，post-mba career goal，课外活动，特殊经历等等

Hello!
GREAT to hear that you are deciding to do an MBA. It can be a REAL career booster for you. You seem to work for a great company, and your upcoming promotion is very welcome. From your post I'm still not sure how long you have worked, but the best time to apply for your MBA is when you have between 3-7 years of professional experience. Now, ANYTHING you do to improve your profile will help - from getting more NGO projects, to getting more promotions, and just plain doing very well at work.

If you are going to aim for the MBA, your next step is to take the GMAT test, and where you can apply will depend a lot also on what score you come back with from your GMAT. I'd say, start studying now! But take your time, so that when you take the test, you do the best you can on the first try,
