言归正传。。下面是本次无下限历程chapter 1

我都不好意思发了。。As health problems has become a common scene in developed and even developing countries ,it's of great importance that more attention should be paid to our own health conditions .People have already aware of the emergency of keeping a health station for both body and mental .There are many methods of building a health life, some may choose to change from the food they take in .while others may change the amount of their exercise .in my opinion ,the crucial part concerning the health ,is to release our stress . Living in an age changing minute by minute ,nobody can stay out of pressure. Competition from contemporary ,monitoring from superior ,unsatisfied of own state ,and ambitious for a promising future ,those factors combine as a huge mountain lying on our back ,which makes it almost impossible to breathe .Due to the stress arising from life ,exercise seems no longer necessary compared with the assignment on the hand .It's a novelty news any more if we heard that people who are working at high press positions pass the world simply because irregular lifestyle and lacking conscious about their own sense. What's worse, stress can not only lead to physical changes ,it also influent mental sound for human being .There's no denying that proper stress can inspire people for pursuing for better progress ,however ,when stress proceeds to be uncontrollable ,the negative affects it arises can destroy one person from heart and soul .One prevalent phenomenon is that increasing people choose eating as their way to release their pressure .Obviously ,the consequence of this kind of behavior leads to nothing ,but more pain . In my opinion ,the most scientific and useful way to improve our health is by taking proper measure to release the stress regularly .With pressures released ,we can find mental sound and focuses can be concentrated on the mission which is supposed to handle. There's no way to achieve a health state unless your heart is staying at a positive and optimistic station. |
