TOP2理工科本科，GPA很烂2.98，但因为所在院系非常虐，排名没有特别烂，大概60%的样子，本科期间去过NYU的summer session，成绩不错
英语很好，toefl上学时考过110+，当然已经过期了，GMAT还没考，但有信心考高分
一家非外资一线VC三年工作经验，参与投出了几个好项目
读MBA是希望能转入外资PEVC工作
不知道该怎么定位自己，觉得硬伤的GPA，求指导

Good to hear from you! Well, the GPA is surely not good, but it’s better to have a weak GPA than a weak GMAT! So your first mission is to do fantastically well on that GMAT (and Im sure you will)…

Other than that your industry is very strong, your job too. I’d need to know a lot more about you to position you.  Where do you work? What do you do? How quickly have you advanced? Do you have any leadership? What are your great achievements? Do you have notable community service or extra curriculars? Which school did you graduate from?

All of these will play important roles in your evaluation.
