我的观点是  1,对有经验的员工就just tell them what to do 这样可以提高他们的信任感从而增加激情;可以发挥创造力; 如果不这样做就会使他们感觉象个机器,没有动力.modern times的卓别林就是这样

2,对于新来的和没有经验的员工tell them what and how to do.

3,这要求管理者对员工要了解
