Youhave enough money to purchase either a house or a business. Which would youchoose to buy? Give specific reasons to explain your choice

Where will you put your money for, a house or a business? IfI have enough money, I would like to purchase a house rather than investinginto a business.  A business could be failed;however, a house is anessential accommodation for a human being.

The first reason to buy a house is that the house offers mea better environment to live.  I gainpreciously personal space to feel free, not bother or get bothered.  I could get relaxed by putting some music onafter work by not worrying if the others are sleeping. Without other people’stouching, I could find my stuff easily by placing them in an organized order. I will be the boss of my house to make my own rules.

The second reason tobuy a house is that allows me to have a more socialized life. I will be able tohold more activities in my house, such as reunion with my families, house partywith my friends, BBQ with my colleagues. People will get know me more by visitingmy house. We could share our joys together.

The third reason to buy a house is that the house strengthensmy financial situation. The house could be a potential option to get a loanfrom a bank. Once I fully purchase a house, the house is my asset. I could usemy asset to guarantee a mortgage from a bank to start my business.

Purchasing a house has a lot of advantages. It’s a fatalplace for people to eat, sleep and relax. Furthermore, it’s critically perfectplace to share the happiness with people. The last but not the least, a houseopens an opportunity to a business. If I have enough money, I would purchase ahouse firstly.
