求高手解答For the first full year of study, available funds on account must be certified in the minimum amounts specified below for the year 2012 (amounts may vary and are subject to increases). For the second and subsequent years necessary to complete the degree program, you must indicate the source(s) of projected funds to support your study. For this purpose, you must show the amounts and sources of funding below.  Only Rutgers support already committed may be cited. Sponsors pledging support must commit to the minimum amounts cited for each year.  





啥意思？？到底应该开2012年一年的财产证明还是12\13年的都要开？？PS：我是用父母账户开的
