考托福的小姑娘

I am pretty bad at reading section of the TOEFL test. I am looking for the tol24.com distance learning.  It has the reading taught by 沙云龙 and 王令. could you just give me a advior which one is better? thank you.

沙云龙讲的都是模考试题，王令那个好像是真对历届真题的，他们的有些方法在机考中已失效，请慎用！
