I am a graduate student in Bentley University. Here's a 9X9 room available in my nice and clean 3 bedroom townhome bricked apartment. The apartment locates at Lyman St. Waltham, which is very close to Bentley College (0.6 mile, 15  mins walk). It includes three bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the second floor, one big clean kitchen and sunny living room (14X13) and also a broad dining room (9X11) on the first floor, and a very large basement for storage and laundry. There's a large lawn outside the dining room. All newly-painted wood floor! Very quiet street! It provides central air condition and heating from the ceiling, which doesn't make any noise.
