念MBA with option in accounting 出来是做accountancy吗?

不如直接读accounting硕士算了。MBA in accounting没人家专业性强，但是出来又做不了什么别的。空有一个MBA的名号，没什么用的。

另外，好的MBA program一般没有accounting 方向，accounting作为1，2门必修课而已。

according to the country, in which you are. For example, in germany,
MBA just contains 2 basic accounting courses and on the other hand,
they are tauch deeply. therefore you have to study a lot by your self.

more over german do not believe that you can be an accountant without
accounting-related experience. therefore, for USA maybe possible.
