A & D could be wrong, it is possible that she did not use any vacation last year, so she has 3 weeks left from last year, which will be translated into 1.5 weeks into this year, and then she only use another 2.5 weeks from this year's stock, makes it 4 week.

B might not be right either, Jennifer might also be entitled to use any unused paid vacation from last year.
