请大神帮忙评估下背景

我：美本非ivy， G 750 ， T waive，工作经验1年半（算上到明年入学的时间的话就是将近2年半）。毕业后国内券商投行部（非Citic CICC）工作半年后出来创业，目前expand到2个分点不打算继续expand（瓶颈）。

我朋友：美本非Ivy， G730，工作经验相同。也是国内券商投行部工作半年后跳到了一家local 国资的VC工作至今。

请牛人评估下我们俩申请 HSW的MBA希望大吗？然后出于好奇，我还想问问我们俩这个背景哪个更招 Admission Committee喜欢？多谢！

我觉得这个问题大家说了都不准，翻翻以前的帖子就知道坛友的给出的定位和学校ao的判断标准之间的差距有时候真是让人大跌眼镜。个人建议：楼主既然对hsw心有所向，何妨一试！

lz，我觉得你们的工作经验都有些短，但提供的信息不太够，不知道在这么短的时间内，你们工作上的成就是怎么样的，也不知道personal有什么亮点没有。但HSW都不怎么喜欢reapplicant，所以是不是决定申请还是谨慎一些比较好。

So, first of all, both you and your friend have amazing GMATS! High enough to be good enough for ANY MBA program! So great job there! Is it good enough for HSW? I don’t know yet, because it depends on lots of other things, but maybe you can write me more information?

Like I would need to know:
- Your University name. It’s ranking. Your department. Your GPA
- Information about any extra curricular activities
- Information about volunteer work
- Information about your specific roles and achievements in your work.
- More information about your company (how big is it, how many employees, etc.)

I should also mention that right now you and your friend both lack a bit of work experience. Really the minimum, if you are not coming from IB or MBB is three years, so you need at least one more year experience, and your friend too.

But actually this is a good thing!

Yes, you have to be really patient. But you also have a lot of time to work on your profile and make it as great as you can!
And this is very good for you.
