It depends on your background. If you are in China mainland and don't have superb working experience, there is no big difference between 4.5 and 6 as to your application for top 10. It'll be very tough for you to make it. But try your best and good luck.

hehe, 我绝非牛人。考出这个分数连我自己都有点意外。我已有六年在美工作经验（global consulting firm)。只是这个AWA4.5让我头痛。
