Sooo my favorite goals of yours are number 2: Speed up career. These are excellent because if your company will back you up, you will have a good and GUARANTEED job upon your graduation, which schools totally LOVE!!! So it will boost your profile more than the other options. As for Health Care programs, Wharton, Fuqua and Kellogg all have veeeeery strong MBA programs which incorporate a health care emphasis. Wharton has a Health Care Management major, with faculty from the Business, Medical and Nursing schools of the University of Pennsylvania. Kellogg has the Health Industry Management (HIM), really one of the top in the US. Fuqua had a great med school and is near Research Triangle Park, a heaven for healthcare job seekers. You also have Sloan,(Biomedical Enterprise Program) Haas (Healthcare certificate) and Columbia. If this is relevant you can also look into double degree programs that incorporate a Healthcare program with an MBA for example an MBA-MHA, or a MBA-MPH.

Hi Jon, thanks for your reply!
1) about my career goal of speeding up career, as GM of my company will be one of my referees, I could ask him to express willingness to have me back. But here is my one only concern: would AOs consider this career goal too conservative, not stretched enough or less room for value added? Since some essay ask what is your alternative option if your primary short-term goal doesn't work, I'm preparing to show AOs that I have a back-up and secured option.
2) Thanks for your information about healthcare program~ I'm curious about duel degree programs you mentioned, wonder if my focus is on medical products and manufacturers but not on public health, hospital management, is there any duel degree programs suitable for me?
