11.22和neel面试， 然后23号就收到offer了。。这效率。。。
面经
刚开始的就是self-introduction, why graduate school, why wfu msba, other programs you have applied.
然后：
1 why you chose your undergraduate institution? （还问了我本科所在的那个城市怎么样）
2 how do you release stress
3 what organizational tools do you use
4 how do you handle disappointment
5 three strengths and three areas that you need to improve
6 your favorite business leader
7 how do you motivate unmotivated teammates
8 two skills that qualify your for msba at wfu
9 what do you do to stay informed
10 describe a goal you didn't achieve and how did you deal with that
11 3 things your supervisor would say about you
然后就是全方位介绍这个项目。之后就是我问她问题，我问了她practicum具体做些什么，她没回答出来。。。我还问了她class size今年怎么样，她说应该和去年差不多。
然后补问了我short-term and long-term career goals...（被问到了有没有具体想去那些公司）
面了45分钟左右吧。neel的面经cd上都很全的，面试前cd上搜一下。用webex面试，大家最好提前熟悉一下webex操作方法。
