Hi my friend, and thanks for your question. As you mentioned, your GPA will definitely bea disadvantage in your application. I would suggest that you retake your TOEFL, aiming for a score higher than 100+. Your score of 730 on the GMAT somewhat makes up for your GPA, since it shows strong academic potential. Also, I’d recommend that you choose your schools strategically, based on location. It’s going to be hard for you to get into the top tier programs, but you should apply to schools that are in major cities. If your ultimate goal is to stay here and land a job, you should pick locations like NYC, Chicago, and Boston. You will definitely find more opportunities in these cities.
