第一次在这里发帖，感觉作文到了瓶颈期，望能在小分队里成长

Do you agree or disagree with the following statement Teaching is harder than it was in the past.

Today, the explosion of knowledge brings creative thoughts and innovations to people, but much pressures caused by fast updated knowledge also become a great challenge to people's work. Some people believe that teaching is harder than its counterpart in the past, as teachers have to constantly enrich their knowledge to make sure that they can teach well. However, in my opinion, teaching is easier than before. The reasons are as follows.

Firstly, educational facilities have been improved a lot, which make teaching more convenience than before. In the past, blackboards and books are the major ways of teaching, which has the limitation to show some specific knowledge. However nowadays, by using computers in class, teachers can make things more understandable. For example, in biological class, in order to give students clear understanding of animal behaviors, teachers could play biological videos on computers, helping students learn animal behaviors better than either words descriptions or colorful pictures. As a result, the advanced educational facilities make it easier for teachers to improve the educational standards.

In addition, with the advent of internet, teaching become more easier than before. On the one hand, teaching become more flexibility. Online courses help teaching get away from the limitation of geographic locations and thus teaching can be carried out even if teachers do not have time teaching at schools.On the other hand, by using the internet, teachers could prepare for their class easier than before. Not only can they search various sources related to their teaching subjects, but can take qualified online courses to improve their own teaching skills. On the contrary, in the past, the limitation of teaching sources is an important obstacle for teachers to improve teaching standards.

Admittedly, the fast expanded knowledge is a big challenge for teaching. Not only need teachers to prepare for their classes, but need to learn great amount of knowledge constantly, which bring pressures to them. However, the basic methods of teaching has not changed. Similarly, the basic knowledge and principles are still the major tasks that should be taught by instructors, and these would be bare possible to be changed in a short period.

In sum, although the fast update of knowledge brings additional tasks for teaching, the basic teaching task always the same. And considering the improvement of educational facilities and the great benefits of internet, instructors do have easier ways of teaching than the counterpart in the past.
