Applying for MBA after 2 Years of Work

Hi everyone,

I am a first timer here.  I graduated from college with a business
bachelor last spring and have been working at Deloitte Consulting for
about 5 months.  Since the firm requires us to get MBA, I am
wondering if 2 years of work experience will suffice in getting
admitted to a Tier 1 school (fellow coworkers are saying at least 3)

Two years of work experience is okay for most first tier school. The key is how for you to cook your application essays, in which you have to show your management potential and the others b-schools require. Good luck!

Also, another question: how does an MBA from HKUST compare to one from an institution in the US?

I did undergraduate studies in the states, and would like to trysomething else in a different place. HK is always on top of mylist, but Singapore is being considered as well. However, mybiggest concern is how that would compare.
