想申请2014的MSA fall，看中了NEU的这个项目，于是注册了账号准备申请，忽然收到邮件如下：
Hello – Please be aware that the MSA begins once a year in late May. The deadline for all international students is November 15, 2013 for a program that will begin May 27, 2014. Applications must be complete.
The required pre-requisites are:
Financial & Managerial Accounting
Intermediate Accounting I & II (with coverage in US GAAP)
Cost Accounting
Auditing
US Federal Income Taxation
US Business Law
然后我就问他说我没有学过其中几门课，这要紧么？我还能申请么？对方秒速回复：
Of course, anyone is welcome to apply, but without the pre-requisites, your application will not be very competitive. The pre-requisites are in place because the course outline builds on that prior knowledge.
然后我就回复说我不是会计major的，但是我本科四年学了很多会计相关课程，但是在中国的学生是没有机会接触到US Federal Income Taxation和US Business Law这种课程的，我该怎么办？是不是中国学生就不能申请了？结果对方又说：
As they are required before beginning the program you would have to find a way to complete them, or find another program without pre-requisites….
求大家告诉我这是神马意思啊！！意思是不是说你实在要申请你就试试吧但是我们不会要你的你去找其他项目吧……
