Help! Do I have chance for the third round???

I just missed the deadline (Dec.2) of the second round of UNC.

Do I have chance for the third round? ( Jan13)

But since the school has early action. The first round is just like the second round!

Don't you think so?

What I mean is that UNC has three rounds besides early action.

It seems that second round is like the third round .

as i know, you still may get merit-based scholarship if you submit your application befor JAN.13. But you better check it for sure.

since it's called early action, i dont' think it is as same as the other regualar rounds. see it's seprerate from other three, well, it's meaningless to argue which round it is. Just make sure you still can apply and may get support before Jan.13.
