应该是it is young people who
但是为什么不能理解为这些年轻人需要做found这件事
是不是因为时态不对如果是这样的话就应该是it is young people with.... need to found

em...needed是过去分词作定语哦，假如是过去式的话，with后面不能加句子，错误的。

Smith wrote that it is young people with blahblahblah，假如选B的话，it没有指代的对象，错误，原因应该出在这里

觉得原句表达的是【强调】young people有怎样的特质。
B改变了原句的意思，而且好像句子没说完一样--“it is sb. with sth. 然后呢”
