邮件如下:"Thank you for your email. Only if you have obtained a baccalaureate, graduate, or professional degree within the past 24 months, from a college or university where English is the primary language of instruction, in a country where English is the native language, may you be considered for a waiver of the TOEFL, IELTS, or PTE. The degree must be received within 24 months of your documents being evaluated by the Purdue University Graduate School, and verification will be confirmed upon receipt of official documents. If you meet this requirement, then you would be waiver of the Language Assessment Test."

这个是说你的文凭要是过去2年内得到的。。
