Duke Round 2 Interview (at Tokyo)

Just finished interview at Tokyo, about 25 applicants invited, I am one of the only two girls.

Because the hotel was too small, the interviewer took me to a cafe nearby to conduct the interview.

Questions

1) Walk through the resume
2) Short-term and long term goal
3) Why MBA
4) Why Duke
5) Biggest achievement, and why is it important to you?
6) How to solve conflict within a team
7) Outside-of-work leadership experience
8) Personal mantra that you live by
9) What would your team members describe you as?
10) Questions

Didn't ask me about contribution to Duke... hopefully it's not a bad sign. Total interview time around 45 minutes.

After the interview, everyone went to a reception, lots of beer (Asahi!!!), drinks, food. Everyone introduced themselves and shared 1 random fact they wrote in the essay.
