- International Business Consulting Projects: over a 4-month period, student teams work with a business project sponsor to solve one of their important challenges.
- 10-day international experiential learning business trip; paid for by the program.

- IBEAR’s Career Development Advisor provides personalized career development services for each self-sponsored student.
