为什么要用两个who能否省略一个

自己dddff另外 c d选项中having seen 做状语吗？

1.从句平行，关系代词需要补出，who...and who...
2.and是同级平行，A and B——说明A和B的地位是同级的，而as well as是伴随平行，A as well as B——B是伴随着A出现的，A主位B次位，逻辑含义上不可混用
3.having been的“内容”本应修饰individual，但是其本身不能做定语修饰N，改用who定语从句

刚才看了下别的帖子我觉得d e没有who就变成修饰researchers了 having been seen伴随壮语

那请问一下亲如果用having been修饰谁？和谁并列呢？？SVO,having been只有可能是修饰V作为伴随状语，但是前面还有个and!!!,还伴随着谁呢？？亲
