某知名中介 marketing 文书 请各位点评 二稿还这样是否差强人意

Do you know how I earned my pocket money when I was a child?

Do you know what things I ran abstracted neighboring kids in my childhood?

这个写的不好

For most kids in China, they don’t earn their pocket money by working like a babysitter, delivering milk or newspaper, cleaning neighboring courtyard, etc. It is natural for most adults to give pocket money to their children, not encourage them to earn by themselves. Out of the ordinary, I rented out my books and toys to other neighboring children so that I could earn my pocket money. In this process, some issues occurred and made me change some strategies, such as numbering and marking my books and toys, making records for every renter and keeping those things in some classified boxes, so as to avoid issues like confusing “goods”, wrong dates, and badly management.



This experience in primary studying period stimulated my interest in commercial and marketing field. I found it valuable and very meaningful to adjust strategies in management communication or adopt suitable measures to meet the taste of “customers”. More importantly, value is potential and can be realized or advanced in the adjusting process. From then on, I have been watching and thinking about the relative phenomenon in the life and wanting to engage in this field after ending my studying life in schools.



However, four-year period from 2006 to 2010 witnesses my postgraduate study in Guangdong University of Foreign Studies majoring in English (media and culture studies) major. Though this is not my favorite major, I still studied diligently and made great efforts in the related courses and exams. BEC refers to Cambridge Business English Certificate, which tests one’s English comprehensive ability like listening, speaking, reading and writing in commercial environment. In the process of preparing these exams, my comprehensive English ability in many aspects, especially English application ability was improved greatly, which will benefit me for my further study the postgraduate program in America and work in international companies in the future.

My internship experience improved my practice ability and aroused my interest in the commercial communication field further. From December 2009 to March 2010, I took the post of Account Executive in Customer Service Dept. of P&G Olay Team of Saatchi &Saatchi Worldwide. The working scope and duties I involved include analysis of market competition, product advertisement design and word design, coordinating clients, communicating with creating department and following project development, providing professional service according to clients' requirements and designing marketing plan. This post isn’t like the traditional salesman, requiring the post holder familiar with the professional knowledge in the fields of sales, market investigation, corporate planning, designing, making and media. More importantly, an Excellent Account Executive should comprehensively and proficiently make use of the knowledge of these fields. What’s more, efficient treatment ability in keeping good interpersonal relationship is also indispensable for this post. Internally, the post needs policy formulating, resources coordinating, work assignment and process monitoring. Externally, the work requires negation, liaison, proposal and collecting expense amount.



Frankly speaking, at the early stage, I met many difficulties in my work. For example, sometimes I can’t express the meaning correctly due to the scarcity of professional communicating skills and professional knowledge. How to get familiar with the running conditions of all departments quickly was a challenge for me. I asked for help from colleagues and leaders, analyzed the concrete conditions and found pout the relative countermeasures. Gradually, through my great efforts, I can deal with them better and better. These schemes I utilized include keeping smiling face, actively shouldering chores, being ready to helping others, being modest, having a good attitude and thinking questions from variant aspects.

突然又跳到这里了。。。需要过渡衔接

From July, 2010 to now, I have been working as Project Managing Assistant for Project Running Center of China Architecture Design & Research Group. My working scope and responsibility including hunting for projects from internet bidding information, registering the proper project in bidding company and preparing for bidding, understanding the client’s requirement and arranging the design team, negotiating with the client about funds and controlling the expenditure and keeping a file of project drawings and reporting them to management department. During this period, my skills and ability of dealing with clients, bidding activities and coordinating ability are improved gradually. Every time when I meet some difficulties, I always try to keep a sober mind, analyze the practical conditions, cooperate with colleagues and find a good way to solve them.



Confronting and overcoming challenges forged one of my traits. Studying in Guangzhou, the third biggest city in China
away from my hometown opened my eyes to the running of the big commercial city. The abundant resources related to the foreign countries provides mature commercial environment, which further stimulated and encouraged my interest and ideal in commercial and marketing field. On the other hand, the experience I got from the actual work is very significant and meaningful for the commercial activities I would like to pursue. However, up to now, I haven’t studied marketing and commercial knowledge systemically as a major. Thus the aspiration to become a successful talent with international academic marketing and commercial field and my ambition to develop myself in my favorite field spurs and encourages me to apply for your postgraduate programme in your prestigious university.


I am a sociable, exploring, favorable, open and outgoing girl, attracted by the beautiful scenery, qualified knowledgeable professors, refined and practical courses, professional and considerate teaching services and the most high-end and abundant human resources of your esteemed university. As for as I can see, the marketing management and communication means to integrate all kinds of resources, learn the customers’ requirement and create top-quality products and service so as to create value and fortune to the cooperate and society. The purpose is to publicize the goods and service to the consumers through advertisement and market investigation, so as to promote sales to the utmost.



Through several years’ systemic assiduous study, I hope I can master the core marketing theory and knowledge through my efforts. After graduation, I would like to work in FMCG industry and spend about five years learning about the brand I engaged in so as to become a marketing brand manager. If possible, I will complete my MBA. However, presently, your favorable consideration for my application is extremely important for me to realize my dream. Your giving a good opportunity to me shall be appreciated by me greatly.

两句里面pocket money出现3次,老是说光看到这里就觉得不太入流。

而且感觉“零用钱”这个说法也不地道

与其纠结这些英文的写作问题,不如把逻辑构架改改,总得来说,感觉东西很乱,很多!!看了很久也没发现LZ 的个人特色是什么!!重点不突出!!文章的跳跃性太大了!!

这个第一段的故事你可千万别用,以前我见过无数次。中介果然都喜欢用排比,罗列一堆名词。

怎么说呢,中介是不用脑子的。
我和朋友合作改我的申请文章后,发现原来文章根本是废物。
我不得以说一句,这篇文章无论从内容,逻辑,用词,句式变化等多个角度都只能说是小学生水准。
我的GMAT作文应该比这个好点。
