急~关于存款证明！！！麻烦大家帮忙

我在建设银行办的三个月的那种存款证明~学校说不行~问了说“The Bank statement you provided states that the account has a maturity date in 9/14/2012. We need to have certification that you will be able to withdraw money from this account before and after that date. Please provide verification that this account is not frozen and usable up to that date. "

请问大家一般都是办的哪种呀？

补充一下~学校说Time deposits or Certificates of Deposit that have withdrawal restrictions or have not matured不收，可是不说银行的存款证明~就连存单也有maturity date呀？

学校是说你必须很够在９.１４，估计是你开学前可以拿出这笔钱来交学费，也就是说你不能冻结这笔钱到９.１４之后，　因为已经要交学费了，你这笔钱还是冻住的，怎么交呢？

我当初是直接问一个ｌｏｃａｌ　ｂａｎｋ办的，甚至没有３种选择，直接就给你了．．．．．

LZ是12年秋季入学吗？是的话你这个钱存的太晚了。以至于会冻结到开学以后。你无法用这笔钱交学费。。。所以你得想办法转成活期的啊
