You may telephone your request to have official score reports mailed to institutions you did NOT identify on the day of the test or on your answer sheet. For each call, you may order up to six score reports. To request reports for more than six score recipients, you will need to call again. This service is available seven days a week, between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m. New York time. If you took the paper-based TOEFL test within the last six weeks, check the Score Reporting Schedule to be sure your scores are available for mailing. When you call, you will need: - a touch-tone phone
- If you took the paper-based TOEFL test, you will be asked to provide your 7-digit registration number (printed on your admission ticket), test date, and date of birth.
- a valid credit card (American Express, Discover, JCB, MasterCard, or VISA). You must provide the credit card number and expiration date.
- a four-digit graduate institution code and two-digit department code for each score report you request.
- If you live in the United States, U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, or Canada, call toll-free 1-888-863-3544.
- From all other locations, call 1-609-771-7267. You will receive a charge on your telephone bill for the cost of the phone call.
- If you are deaf, hard of hearing, or speech impaired and have access to a Teletypewriter (TTY), you may call 1-609-771-7714. A charge will be added to your phone bill for the cost of the call.
At the end of your call, be sure to wait for confirmation before hanging up. Contact TOEFL Services if you experience any trouble or you do not receive a confirmation. |
