I am helping my landlord to post this leasing ad for the 2Bedroom 2Bath apartment that I and my roommate are currently living in. This housing spot is a well-kept secret among USC students since the landlord doesn't do marketing heavily. Two years ago, my classmates actually recommended this to us, and we were instantly sold when we came in for a viewing. Perfect for two USC students who want decent and safe near-campus housing without spending a fortune.

The location is between 23rd and 21st street. It is priced right: $1500/month which includes water, trash, wireless internet and common area's cleaning/maintenance service. Five off-street parking slots are available. Tenants only need to pay for gas and electricity which runs approximately $20/person/month. Low deposit offers available for USC students (as low as $750).

Both of us have been staying here for two years. And some other tenants in this building (only three units total) have been living here for even more than three years. All tenants are very quiet, chill and polite USC students. Reference can be provided upon request.

We absolutely enjoy the living experience here:

- Close and Convenient to USC campus (10 mins bike to the campus and two mins walk to the nearest Tram Stop). It is within the DPS patrolling and campus cruise boundary.

- Safe community with the lowest crime rate around USC (even lower than Ellendale place). Norwood primary school is just down the street. The property itself has 24 hr safety camera on spot.

- Fully equipped and partially furnished. Simple furniture are provided if needed including sofa, tv (old model though), full-size bed frame and mattress in each bedroom, desks and chairs, etc. The apartment was tastefully remodeled in 2010. Kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, microwave, stove as well as
marble countertops and abundant cabinets. High ceiling and large windows in the living area. Living room and bedrooms are covered with beautiful and low-maintenance oak wood flooring. In-wall closet and designated private bathroom for each bedroom.

- Responsive and responsible landlord, who is the owner of the property, rather than management company. Just give him a call or email, you will be taken care of.
