first and foremost 出现在第一段中间部分，当时觉得above all是’总结以上‘的意思，就没敢选。

之所以这样认为是因为发现在写作文时 总是在最后一段用到 above all。

我见过有的作文的第二段开头就用这个词组的，相当于firstly
