University of Arizona, go or not go Survey

I had an Ad earlier and today I just got an email from UA saying that I will be put on the waiting list since I didn't pay the $500 and they have fulfilled all the seats of the coming fall. I regret so much because I was going to accept the offer today. I was so shocked and feel so sad and regretful now.

I want to do a search showing how many people who have accepted this AD will actually go at the end. If somebody decide not to go to University of Arizona, then I can get a chance.

So far, there will be 7 people who have accepted MIS's offer of admission.
I can't tell whether they will choose to go to UA at last. As it is to me, they will, because they have changed their name according to QQ qun's Gonggao...

你觉得我应该怎么argue, 我现在真的是后悔的不得了，我已经打算去pay, 然后就被告知我被放到waiting list, 心里都不平衡了。还有，当是你去accept offer的时候，有进到什么输入银行卡信息的页面吗，我直接就点了accept,然后就没下文了。。。。觉得有点小蹊跷。
