关于D 选项。错误的点是在 those 因为单复数不一致，不能指代civilization(s) 吗？

这题选A吧，我觉得D主要有2个问题

第一个问题，Ving 做修饰的时候有表示被修饰部分的状态是正在进行的。这里要修饰的civilisation 显然已经结束了，所以改用从句过去式更好。

第二个问题就像你说的those 指代什么呢，前面只有提到过civilisation。而A 就明确的写出了civilisations 很贴切
