May think of getting a DBA and become a lecturer

Hi,

Since I should not get an offer for PhD program, I am thinking to do a distance learning or part-time DBA from Heriot Watt University. Do you guys have experience with this university? I am working as a teaching assistant in Hong Kong now. Do you think I will have chance to be a lecturer with the DBA from Heriot Watt University? Does anyone here become a Lecturer with this DBA?

你不是收到interview了吗，现在还有机会，因为前面会有人放弃offer，我见到的各个学校的lecturer都是msa和MBA ，没见过这种dba的老师

要做lecturer就不要浪费时间读DBA

But the competition is very severe in Hong Kong. If I just have a master degree, I think I cannot find a lecturer position because they want people to have Doctorial Degree. Either I study a very good master degree from US or I study a DBA. If not, I think I cannot even have a lecturer position....... ai......

香港的不了解，但是现在一半的学校还没发完offer，还有机会呀
