Topic:Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? The most important aspect of a job is the money a person earns. Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer.
Generally speaking, people should afford money for sustenance, an apartment or a ticket to get a seat on a bus. So it is not surprising that people prefer to get more in reward. But people work just for money rarely. What people can gain from a job is not only the money, but also others, such as precious friendship, abundant experience and wide vision. As far as I concerned, I think the view that earning money is the most important aspect of a job is inappropriate. The reasons are presented below.
First, money is not equal to happiness. Even though some jobs can provide people a good salary, people will still wear the sad face, if they do a job which is tedious or beyond their abilities. In case some people like adventure and nature, they will feel uncomfortable in the office. And I do not think it is wealth damaging one's health to earn money. It is better that people work and in the meantime enjoy it in the process. In addition, a person can obtain knowledge through his experience accumulated daily and make an achievement in his object. Thus,he will receive respect and know the value of job much more. What people need is not a luxurious sports car.
Second, not only does the development of individual nations need the existence of some special organizations and groups which are not seeking profits, but also the social welfare of the whole human beings. These organizations, such like the Union Nations, the Red Cross, and the Green Peace and so on, are not profit-making ones. And the members are paid a rational salary. They have a common goal to make the world better. Though there is no chance for them to be a millionaire, I certainly believe they are successful and gracious ones. On the other hand, being intent on nothing but profit, the merchants who support customers with bad quality productions are cast aside by the people.
Moreover, personally, I consider the potential of company rather than the money I can earn to be the primary factor when I think about the job. I feel enthusiasm about working together with a highly competitive group and certainly believe that we can develop our business well. Admittedly, without money, the process of chasing our dreams will be difficult and take a much longer time.
In conclusion, I disagree that the money a person earns is the most important aspect of a job. In modern society, people aspire after the really happiness and think a lot of self-realization. And considering other aspects of a job comprehensive is a clever choice.
