(43) 82 Colleges and universities should require their students to spend at least one semester studying in a foreign country.

With the development of globalization, there is an increasing rate of international students in colleges and universities.So a debate arises weather it a must that colleges and universities require their students to spend at least one semester studying in a foreign country.As far as I am concerned, this is a matter involving universities, students, and foreign study and living all together, so we cannot just easily judge its stand or fall from only one perspective.
As is for colleges and universities, it could be their nice willingness to request students to spend at least one semester learning aboard, for this helps schools to cultivate all-around students.As an educational institution, campuses must speculate their purpose to send students aboard: does it improve the ability of their students and what kind of competence can they earn?Besides, they also need to take feasibility into account-- how much students are they going to require for foreign study; which foreign country and school should students attend to; what is the budget the campuses to pay and are they able to afford it?All of these are questions is specific but sever, without scrutinizing them, any determination is hastily.At least, a compulsive requirement betray students’ rights of free choices.
Similarly, students could also face a great amount of problem situations.For example, it could be costly if exchange to an oil producing country, and may be the different language be a major problem for living and study.Furthermore, it may takes a long time for a person to adapt to life aboard, so has little energy for study and when he adjusts himself well for learning, a semester is approaching the end.Even worse, if one travels to Africa, or some country where the police situation is turbulent, it would be quite dangerous for his security.Yet, if we choose the exchanging university meticulously, it takes not much pain to overcome these private problems.On the contrary, to study in an unfamiliar country can temper the ability of independent of oneself. In addition, a cross-culture experience would be benefit for a man to figure his own mother-country’s culture by comparision.And I believe, to study in a foreign country is quite different with and can experience the true culture of that country than solely travelling there, so that it can be really worthy, comparing its difficulties.
What’s more, to study in a different school, especially in a different country can provide us a distinct view of the course and facilitate us to get a deeper or broader understand of it.Especially, for the language learners, to put themselves into the sphere of that language can be the quickest and best to pick up it.For others, if one wants to learn fashion, France may be the best choice for him, similarly, America for finance, Germany for factory, and so on.Yet I admit that there may be obstacles to daunt their learning, it matters not that much if we prepare it in advance.
Arguing so much about this issue, I suggest colleges and universities to think twice before they are going to require their students to spend at least one semester learning aboard, notwithstanding it has a great deal of advantages in several aspects.

有几个问题，
1. 题目的出发点是学校该不该让学生到国外学习一个学期，但是文章的阐述重点是：学校在做这件事情的时候应该考量的问题有哪些？所以你最后的结论听起来像：因为这个问题比较复杂，牵扯到很多方面，所以学校要慎重考虑。你论述的重点是“how", 而不是“should or should not".
2. 写英文文章，越八股越好，按着套路写，就不会错。
3. 有很多Chinese English, 比如：all-around students,
4. 用长句的时候，要注意结构

很多搭配和词的用法都不甚准确，这篇文章值得反复改啊~第一遍改语法，词汇，第二遍之后改主旨，详细见ppguo~
