在Personal Data, Part I，有一条选项不是很清楚，是不是国际学生都要选择 No呢？
Do you expect to be classified as a legal resident of California for the purpose of the assessment of nonresident tuition by the beginning of the fall semester? (International applicants must check 'No')

No Yes

后面都标注是NO了。。。当然你是不是International 就不知道了
