本人今天看到了一个argument，额不知道怎么地思绪乱了希望有人帮忙讨论一下啦
The following appeared in a memo to the human resources manager at Baobob Inc.,a large architectural firm.
"Several well-known,retired architects were interviewed in Architecture Today about changes in the field.Only one had earned a college degree in architecture.All others had come into the field at an early age by serving apprenticeships that required them to work under the direct supervision of an experienced architect.Several of the colleges that we recuit from report that many promising architecture students leave school early in their undergraduate career.Therefore,because finding talented architecture graduates is becoming more difficult,Baobob Inc. should start an aggressive apprenticeship program and hire students who express an interest in architecture directly out of high school rather than wait for them to get out of college."

Conclusion： the author argues that they should start to get students who are interested in architecture directly from high school, rather than college graduates, to an aggressive apprenticeship program.

1. The well-known architects invited to the interview are representative of the whole architects group。首先，人数未提供，也许只有两三个人，样本不说明问题。其次，有可能没上大学的年纪比较大，那时候没有这方面的大学
2. The reports from the colleges mentioned in the article are not reliable to conclude that finding talented architecture graduates is becoming difficult 离校生的比例和原因也未说明，很有可能离校人物在正常范围内，并不影响大量学生毕业；或是因为其他原因（生病、负担不起学费）之类而不是专业本身。另外，即使这些学校的情况的确不理想，还是样本可能不具代表性，也许只问到了architecture非常难拿的学校，而大部分学校并没有这样的问题。
3. 就算大学有问题，也不能说明我们采取多年前的学徒方案是最好的办法。也许时代不同了，apprenticeship没有那么高的reputation了学生不愿意来；也许有经验的architects很忙，没有那么多人愿意来带学生；还有可能这样的方式比大学更难成功。除此之外，高中生兴趣爱好不稳定，没有大学的检验，也不能保证这些学生能坚持到底。

很赞刚开始看到题目的时候我想到的就是
1.retired architects 不具代表性时代已经久远不能运用到现在的实际当中
2.many promising architecture students ，到底多少是many
3. finding talented architecture graduates is becoming more difficult真是是这样吗？还是talented architecture graduates太多没办法比较出谁是most呢
看了snowmelt的提纲觉得自己已经跑偏了
